Chai Family Fitness Challenge Families with kids ages 3 - 18 Sunday, Apr. 4 - Sunday, May 30 This free family program will build family bonds while you build family health! As you complete 18 fitness challenges during the 8-week program, you will document and submit digital photos of your family engaged in completing each challenge. Body Composition Testing Here's a great way to keep on top of your exercise results: have a fitness specialist track your weight, body mass index, body composition, and circumference measurements.
Customized Fitness Profiles Interested in having a better understanding of your fitness level? At the JCC we offer members and non-members a comprehensive evaluation that includes sub-max aerobic capacity testing, flexibility, body com- position, blood pressure, and muscular strength and endurance testing. From the results of these stan-dardized tests, we design a 90-day exercise program that focuses on improving variables of health and well-being. The tests are then repeated to chart one's progress and improvements.

Private Fitness Classes If you don't see a class that fits your needs, create your own private class. For groups of six or more, these classes can be tailored to your group's sched- ules, goals and interests. Choose from most disciplines including yoga, Pilates, boot camp, group cycling, sport-specific training, athletic training, and more. Body Sculpt Use a variety of weights, tubes, balls and band to increase your strength and develop more tone and definition to your muscles. This is a fun and challenging workout that spices up what you might be doing in the weight room. (All levels welcome)

Rebounding A half hour of low impact aerobics on a rebounder with no stress to knees and hips. This is followed by a half hour of total body conditioning.

Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYVIE classes are FREE to JCC members.
Executive Locker Room Most Group Exercise and aquatics classes are free for Executive Locker Room members. For information on Executive Locker Room membership and benefits, please turn to page 3, or call Membership Director Ilene Madwed at 487-0945.
FitPass Group fitness participants can purchase a FitPass, via monthly credit card or bank debit, for unlimited group classes each month. Aquatics classes and classes with additional fees are not included in FitPass. BODYPUMP classes are always FREE to JCC members, but are not open to nonmembers. Purchase FitPass at the front desk. M $30 per month / NM $100 per month
Individual Classes Passes for individual Group Exercise classes can be purchased at the front desk. M $10 / NM $14 per class, unless otherwise specified. Less Mills BODYPUMP and BODYVIVE classes are always FREE to JCC members, but are not open to non-members.
FitBook Series of 10 classes: M $55 / NM $125 Instructors Certified instructors provide classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Private and special group classes are also available by appointment. All instructors are A.F.A.A. and CPR certified.
Babysitting Babysitting is available from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The cost is $6 per hour. Babysitting services are available at the JCC by an outside independent contractor. All questions, as well as financial, scheduling and service arrangements, should be addressed directly with Deborah Gutierrez. Contact her at 322-7900.
