All Ages Interested in a class based on a specific type of exercise or a specific day and time? Let us create a private fitness class for you and your friends. For more information contact Jenn Kidd at jkidd@stamfordjcc.org.
Use of the JCC Fitness Center Teens ages 14-15 are welcome to use the JCC Fitness Center. We urge all teens to take a free orientation before exercising on their own. Teens ages 14 and up are also welcome to participate in most adult group fitness classes (Body Pump and group cycling participants must be 16 or older). 13-year-olds interested in using the Fitness Center, should call and reserve a space in our Fitness Center Certification Course held one Sunday a month from 2-4 p.m. Those who pass this course, will have the same privileges as 14 & 15-year-olds using the fitness center. We also have personal trainers who can create workouts for any age. We have several spaces including our group fitness studios, gymnasium, and sport court that are ideal for teens of all ages to enjoy private and semi-private workout sessions.
