Specifically, BODYVIVE is designed to deliver: • Improved muscular strength and endurance • Increased heart fitness • Improved flexibility and range of movement • Better agility and balance • Improved posture • Weight loss through elevated calorie consumption • Reduced risk of bone and joint degeneration • General wellness and ‘feel-good' benefits ... BODYVIVE leaves you fizzing with energy!

Body Composition Testing Here's a great way to keep on top of your exercise results: have a fitness specialist track your weight, body mass index, body composition, and circumference measurements.
Customized Fitness Profiles Interested in having a better understanding of your fitness level? At the JCC we offer members and non-members a comprehensive evaluation that includes sub-max aerobic capacity testing, flexibility, body com- position, blood pressure, and muscular strength and endurance testing. From the results of these standardized tests, we design a 90-day exercise program that focuses on improving variables of health and well-being. The tests are then repeated to chart one's progress and improvements. For more information, contact Lori Price at 203.487.0967 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
