Neshama Yoga
Neshama Yoga is a fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Jewish spirituality.These two systems of ancient wisdom share much in common. At their core, they provide the practitioner access to the pathways to connect with G-d on a deep, spiritual level. Led by Jackie Tepper.

Israeli Dancing
Israeli dancing encompasses many styles and steps, and is done to classic Israeli music as well as to popular new songs. Teenagers are welcome to participate, free of charge.
