Neshama Yoga
Neshama Yoga is a fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Jewish spirituality. These two systems of ancient wisdom share much in common. At their core, they provide the practitioner access to the pathways to connect with G-d on a deep, spiritual level. No prior experience needed. Suitable for all fitness levels. Led by Jackie Tepper.

Dance with Shmulik

NEW! Speak Up for Israel for Adults
For the past two years the JCC and United Jewish Federation have positively impacted the lives of teens by preparing them with increased knowledge of Israel and the ability to advocate for Israel as they go off to college. In response to interest from adults, we are excited to offer monthly sessions for adults to learn the history and complexities surrounding Israel – past and present. All levels of knowledge are welcome as we embark on deep and meaningful discussions. You can attend the AIPAC conference on your own to enhance your learning experience. Hear from guest speakers from AIPAC, ADL and other organizations. A partnership program, led by Or Berger, the JCC Israeli Shaliach, and the United Jewish Federation of Greater Stamford, New Canaan And Darien.

Lunch and Learn
Join Or Berger, the JCC’s Israeli shaliach, for a lunch and learn series focusing on interesting topics and current events related to Israel. Sessions will often include short videos and there will always be time for questions and answers. Bring your lunch and we’ll provide dessert (dairy). Israeli Film Series
