Neshama Yoga is a fusion of Kundalini Yoga and Jewish spirituality. These two systems of ancient wisdom share much in common. At their core, they provide the practitioner access to the pathways to connect with G-d on a deep, spiritual level. Led by Jackie Tepper Robinov.

Join Matan Samovsky, the JCC's Israeli Shaliach, for a lunch & learn series focusing on interesting topics and current events related to Israel. Sessions will often include short videos and there will always be time for questions and answers. Bring your lunch and we’ll provide the coffee and dessert (dairy). No charge. All are welcome.
