Construction Update

JCC Renovations Move Front & Center
Construction is winding down in the main hallway and a number of high-traffic areas of the JCC. Work in this phase of capital improvements will be completed over the next several weeks. We’ve tried to keep disruptions to an absolute minimum during our current capital improvements project, but we want you to be aware that construction is about to move into a number of high-traffic areas of the JCC. We began the final phase of our infrastructure update, to complete HVAC, duct work, ceiling work, electrical and data wiring, and installation of energy-efficient lighting in the following areas:

• Main hallway
• J·Gaming
• Adult Lounge
• 1st floor Conference Room
• Board Room
• 2nd floor hallway (partial)

General Contractor Ron Avidan and his crew will make sure that the main hallway is at all times clear and safe. Hallway ceilings will be open for certain periods, and there be unavoidable construction noise, dust and messiness, which Ron and his team will contain as best they can. Please be assured that you will always have access to the JCC and will be able to move freely around the building.
