The JCC wants to help make your Jewish Journey meaningful. From our Israeli Schlichut Program to classes and events, holiday celebrations and even our summer program, O-la-mi, we are committed to strengthening Jewish identity and creating a connection between Diaspora Jewry and the State of Israel.

Speak up for Israel for Teens
Not sure what to say if someone bashes Israel? Learn the facts, ask the hard questions and know your answers. Israel gets a bad rap especially on college campuses. Join an elite group of high school juniors and seniors and learn from experts in the field - AIPAC, ADL, Jerusalem U and Stand With Us, how to respond and take action. Students enrolled will attend the AIPAC conference in March. Spaces are limited. For more information or to register, contact Yael Stolarsky, the JCC Israeli Shlicha at 203-487-0961 or ystolarsky@stamfordjcc.org.

Sunday, 5 – 7 p.m.
Mar. 25 – 28 (AIPAC), Apr. 9, May 21

B’nai Brith Youth Organization (BBYO)
Grades 8 – 12
The Stamford JCC partners with BBYO, the world’s leading pluralistic Jewish teen movement, to offer Jewish teens the opportunity to connect with one another, volunteer in the community, celebrate their Jewish heritage, prepare for leadership roles, and travel the world together, all within a Jewish context. Teens are given real responsibilities and develop leadership skills that relate to their everyday lives. By practicing public speaking, program planning and community organizing, BBYO teens build the skills that not only make them more confident and capable of navigating the challenging teen years but also prepare them to make positive contributions to the world around them as adults. BBYO meets at the Stamford JCC every other Monday. Membership dues are $149 for all 4 years of high school and 8th grade. For more information, please visit www.bbyo.org or contact Josh Cohen, Area Field Director BBYO Northeast at JCohen@bbyo.org or Tyler Pepe, Associate Regional Director, at Tpepe@bbyo.org.
