Robbery of the Heart Film Screening

Commemorate the 81st anniversary of Kristallnacht with the screening of the documentary, “Robbery of the Heart,” by filmmaker Micah Brandt, who spent the majority of his childhood in the New Haven area. This touching film follows Harry Weichsel, a Holocaust survivor from Bridgeport, CT, as he, his children and grandchildren return to his hometown of Wetter, Germany, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Kristallnacht.

Followed by a Q&A with Harry Weichsel and his sister Eva Hausman, director Micah Brendt and associate producer Frank Borres.
