Our Community CAN Make a Difference Collection Drive

Contactless Drop-Off at the Stamford JCC

The Stamford JCC’s JCares will be holding a canned food drive to benefit the Schoke Jewish Family Service and the Freedberg Family Kosher Food Pantry of Fairfield County. The food pantry serves the Stamford, New Canaan, Darien, Westport, Weston, Wilton, Norwalk and Bridgeport communities.

It provides Kosher food, household and personal care items, to members of our entire community who are experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to afford these items for their families.

 

Please help us to fill the shelves with non-perishable cans of food or any of these other needed supplies:
All food items donated must be Kosher and have a valid expiration date

Fish: Canned Tuna, Salmon, Gefilte Fish, Sardines, Anchovies

Beverages: Coffee, Tea, Juice (Canned, Bottled, Boxed)

Fruits and Vegetables (Canned, Jarred, Prepared, Instant Potatoes)

Milk (Dry, Evaporated, Shelf-Stable)

Non-Dairy Milk Products: Soy, Almond, Rice and Coconut Milk

Cereals: Boxed Cereals, Hot Cereals, Oatmeals

Rice and Pasta (Boxed, Bagged)

Grains: Breads, Crackers, Cookies, Pancake Mix, Cake Mix

Soups (Canned, Boxed, Bottled)

Sauces: Pasta Sauce, Soy Sauce, Marinades, Ketchup, Mustard

Spreads: Peanut Butter, Jelly, Jam

Cooking Supplies: Oils, Vinegar, Condiments, Sugar, Salt, Spices
