Join us for a fun, and social evening of Mah Jongg and Canasta! Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to these games, all are welcome. Meet new friends, connect with old ones, and enjoy a night of exciting gameplay and camaraderie.

Mah Jongg and Canasta Rules

Mah Jongg: Players should bring their current National Mah Jongg League card (National Mah Jongg League rules apply).  If you have your own Mah Jongg set, we encourage you to bring it or borrow one from the JCC. One Mah Jongg set per group of 4 players.

Canasta: Two decks of Canasta cards per group of 4 players, as well as a score sheet. The JCC provides enough cards and scorepads for 12 players across 3 games.
Canasta House Rules and Splash Hands
• House Rules: Each table of players agrees on their house rules.
• Splash Hands: We suggest setting the "splash hands" rules as a group, ensuring a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all.
