All the group exercise classes you love both LIVE and VIRTUALLY … Shred and Lean, Yoga Fusion, Yogalates, Bootcamp, CXWORKS™, Aqua Fit, BODYPUMP™, LES MILLS TONE™, TreadZone, TRX, Indoor Cycling, Strength & Stretch, Zumba, Pilates, Barre, Chair Yoga, Strength in Chairs, Tai Chi and more … are included as part of your JCC membership! Note: Group Exercise class participants must be at least 16 years of age.

For classes, please have available: hand weights or two cans (same size and weight); towel; exercise tube or thera band; chair for balance; broom stick, walking stick or any sturdy pole that can be used for balance when standing, and performing movement; and exercise mat.
