The JCC’S Pre-Swim Team Program is a wonderful way to develop good swimmers into great swimmers. This program prepares swimmers to join our competitive swim team. Learn competition-style swimming to become faster and more efficient in your strokes. Attendance twice a week is mandatory. Private lessons or group classes can be used as a second mandatory practice.
New swimmers must do an assessment or have a recommendation from JCC swim team coaches.

The JCC Stingrays is a registered USA swimming team. The team participates in sanctioned swim meets in Connecticut.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. & Fridays, 4 – 6 p.m.
- Dryland training and monthly diving practice
- Must meet Junior Team time cuts and other requirements
New Swimmers must tryout or have a recommendation from JCC coaches.

- Must meet Swim Team time cuts and be proficient in all 4 strokes
- Perks included if registration is done before August 18
New Swimmers must tryout or have a recommendation from JCC swim team coaches.
