Our Adult Intermediate Swim Class is tailored for those who can comfortably swim one lane non-stop and are ready to refine their technique and build endurance. In this class, you'll focus on improving stroke efficiency, introduction to advanced strokes like the butterfly and backstroke, and enhancing your overall swimming ability. Join us to take your swimming skills to the next level and achieve greater confidence and competence in the water.

Our Adult Beginner Swim Class is designed to provide adults with little or no swimming experience the opportunity to develop fundamental water skills in a comfortable and supportive environment. In this class, you'll learn essential techniques such as gliding, basic strokes, and proper breathing, all under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Join us and embark on a journey to become a confident and skilled swimmer.
