Our Adult Beginner Swim Class is designed to provide adults with little or no swimming experience the opportunity to develop fundamental water skills in a comfortable and supportive environment. In this class, you'll learn essential techniques such as gliding, basic strokes, and proper breathing, all under the guidance of our experienced instructors. Join us and embark on a journey to become a confident and skilled swimmer.

Our Adult Intermediate Swim Class is tailored for those who can comfortably swim one lane non-stop and are ready to refine their technique and build endurance. In this class, you'll focus on improving stroke efficiency, introduction to advanced strokes like the butterfly and backstroke, and enhancing your overall swimming ability. Whether you’re an experienced artist looking to enhance your abilities or a beginner eager to dive into the world of fine arts, this course provides a welcoming and nurturing environment for all skill levels. Our Life Studies course is designed for adult learners who are interested in exploring the intricacies of still life and human form through the lens of visual art. Later in the semester we will be introducing live (clothed) models, to study the complexities of the human form through drawing and painting.
