Looking for a balance of socialization, recreation, and fun? Look no further than our after-school programs at the JCC. KidsPlace and Club678 provide our students a home away from home when school is out.
KidsPlace is programming for our K-5th grade students and is the ideal after-school experience featuring activities such as outdoor recreation, arts & crafts, group games, social time, and homework help. Activities are led by carefully selected after-school staff in a small group setting.
KidsPlace Annual is a year-long commitment with flexibility to modify the amount of days throughout the year, month to month, but not dropping below 3 days a week.
KidsPlace Monthly fees are a month-to-month commitment fee with flexibility to modify.

Club 678 is for our members in middle school providing a safe space to learn, grow and thrive at the Stamford JCC. Club members are able to utilize the facilities of the JCC under the direction and supervision of the JCC Youth Department for after school recreation and socialization. This includes outdoor recreation spaces and patios, indoor studios, pool and student lounge.
At this time Club 678 operates from 2 – 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional social and recreation events will be planned for after hours and weekend. Stay tuned for more information.

This course will also place more of an emphasis on student creativity, building a laboratory where students will work through improvisation and student choreography exercises in a safe and constructive environment. Description:
Grades K – 8
Ignite your child’s summer with this joyful program designed for rising grades K-8, with a half-day option for our rising K-2nd grade dancers. From dynamic dance exploration to theatrical arts this program offers a rewarding creative experience!
Daily activities include dance classes in Ballet and Choreography with various weekly electives such as Jazz Dance, Tap Dance, Acting and Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, Dance Conditioning, Dance History, and Pantomime (ballet stage-acting), and Set Making. Students will also participate in various arts and crafts opportunities, outside activities, enjoy an outdoor snack and lunch break to rest and refuel, and participate in free swim on select days.
We offer 2 sessions, with different artistic focuses, each ending in a performance on the Thursday evening of the concluding week.
Session 1 of SDT is a 4-week intensive concluding with a dance performance. Campers interested in participating in the performance must attend at least 3 of the 4 weeks, including the final tech week (July 13 – 17) and performance on July 16.
Session 2 of SDT is a 3-week intensive concluding in a musical theater performance. Campers interested in participating in the performance must attend all 3 weeks, including the final tech week (August 10 – 14) and performance on August 13.
