Here's a great way to keep on top of your exercise results: have a fitness specialist track your weight, body mass index, body composition, and circumference measurements.
 

Customized Fitness Profiles
Interested in having a better understanding of your fitness level? At the JCC we offer members a comprehensive evaluation that includes sub-max aerobic capacity testing, flexibility, body composition, blood pressure, and muscular strength and endurance testing. From the results of these standardized tests, we design a 90-day exercise program that focuses on improving variables of health and well-being. Small Group Training
Small group training is available for groups of 3 or more who want a personalized workout with a trainer or instructor. Ask for more details at the fitness center. Small Group training is available to JCC members only. All sessions must be purchased in advance. Scheduling is arranged directly between trainer and clients. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation, otherwise full session will be charged.
