Strength & Chairs (In-Person and Live Stream)
Various exercises are performed -- while sitting in a chair or standing by a chair -- that encourage strength, mobility and balance while utilizing bands, balls and light weights. Great class for active retirees and a good complement to our group fitness offerings.

Mondays, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. 
FREE, exclusively for JCC members


Chair Yoga (In-Person)
This is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class is a great form of yoga for beginners, or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.  This class is a must for participants with balance issues or anyone who has trouble getting down to or up off the floor.

Thursdays, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
