Early Childhood

Stellar programs for children ages birth to 5 years.

Programs for families with children ages birth to 3 years

FamilyPlace helps parents foster social and emotional development in the youngest children, with programs such as mommy and me classes, stroller exercise, music classes, sports/gym classes, holiday celebrations, performances geared to the youngest audiences, and more.

Classes and events provide parents with a place to meet other adults sharing the challenges and excitement of early parenthood. Babies, toddlers and young children play and explore environments and materials specially tailored to their interests and abilities. This is the place to find great early experiences out in the world for you and your child.

Invaluable social and educational experiences for children with special needs

JumpStart is a unique, therapeutic early-childhood classroom experience for 2-year-olds with special needs. The only program of its kind in the greater Fairfield County area, JumpStart follows the pattern of a typical nursery school classroom, offering invaluable social and educational experiences in a group setting for children who typically get one-on-one services at home. Our early-childhood-development instructors encourage children to practice acquired skills at critical developmental stages, and to practice emerging language and motor skills in a safe, fun and accepting environment.
