The focus of our camps is on player skill and I.Q. development. We achieve this through high level coaching, individual player attention, and repetition. The Stamford J Basketball coaching staff includes local high school and AAU coaches and former college and professional players.
Players will work on fundamentals including ball handling, passing, shooting, offense with and without the ball, defense & rebounding, and more. Each session will end in competitive games coached by the Stamford J Basketball coaching staff. Players should bring their own snacks and water bottles.

The Dance School at The J Vacation Days
Grade K - 6
Looking to dance the morning away on your school break? Join us this Columbus Day and learn to turn, leap, pop, and groove at dance camp! Dancers will have the opportunity to learn two styles of dance technique, as well as try their hand in dance choreography.
We will start our day with Ballet, the fundamental of classical dance technique, followed by the upbeat stylings of a Hip-Hop class. The day will end with an introduction to dance composition where students will perform and share their dance creations with one another. We welcome students from all dance backgrounds and all levels of experience.
