Chess Club
Grades K – 6
Learn chess and practice your game under the guidance of a chess master. This class is for both beginners and those who would like to learn more. Students are placed by ability.

Mondays, 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.

Camp Art
Grades K – 6
This fun class will give students the feeling of summer camp as they paint, create and enjoy fun summer craft projects. Projects will include 2D art and 3D craft projects. Find or explore your creativity while developing your artistic skills.

Fun with Science
Grades K-6
Science instructor Nicole is back with more zany experiments you will love! Learning about the world of science has never been so much fun. Join us in-person here at the JCC as we get our hands dirty and explore the silly side of science.  Experiments will be tactile and tailored to child interests. Come join us as we learn and play together!

Archery
Grades 2 - 6
Ready, aim, bulls-eye! Join our certified instructors to learn how to use a bow and arrow properly on the Day Camps@The J Archery Range. After you perfect your shot, play fun games like tick- tack- toe, and even qualify for the Jr. Olympic archery program with USArchery.

Video Game Coding By Code Ninjas
Grades 1 - 6
Ready to become the next best video game designer? Join us to learn coding concepts that will in turn help you build your own video game (using MIT Scratch and Roblox) that you can then publish for your friends to play. You will also develop logical and problem-solving capabilities by engaging in fun STEM activities. Each week you will continue to build upon your project from the previous week, culminating in coding your own video game. This class offers individualized, self–paced computer coding sessions, with a low student-teacher ratio.
