Foundation Tennis with US Sports Institute
Grades K – 5
Foundation Tennis is designed to introduce beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of tennis. Each session will focus on a specific skill, including stroke technique, serving, court awareness, and rallying.

Development Tennis with US Sports Institute
Grades 3 – 8
Development Tennis is ideal for the intermediate to advanced player looking to enhance their skills and decision-making abilities. Participants will work towards refining their technique, generating consistent rallying skills, and grasping how to dictate direction of play to make game-winning shots.

Senior Squirts Multi-Sports with US Sports Institute
5 – 7 years
This class is the perfect stepping stone for children who have graduated from Squirts Multi-Sports, or for children looking for their first-ever sports experience. Players will learn key skills in a variety of sports through small-sided scrimmages, games, and activities in a variety of sports.

Soccer Senior Squirts with US Sports Institute
Ages 8 – 9
Senior Squirts Soccer is the perfect program for players graduating from Soccer Squirts, or for children looking for their first-ever soccer experience. Each session will focus on developing a particular skill or technique, including dribbling, passing, ball control, moves & turns, positioning, and more.

Foundation Soccer with US Sports Institute
Ages 8 – 9
Foundation Soccer is designed to introduce beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of soccer. Players will receive soccer instruction at a level that will both challenge them and ensure they have a fantastic experience. Our professional, qualified coaches will cover different topics and themes each session where players will develop their dribbling, passing, control and shooting skills.

Senior Squirts T-Ball with US Sports Institute
Ages 6 – 7 
Senior Squirts T-Ball is a great way to introduce your young slugger to this exciting game. Players will focus on learning the rules and developing their skills in hitting, throwing, base running and fielding. Each session, players will apply what they have learned into a T-Ball scrimmage. (Please note participants are required to provide their own glove for this program.)

Youth Fitness
Grades 2-6
Learn about health and fitness using body weight, learning proper movement, and playing games incorporating those movements. We also will have discussions about health and fitness to help guide our youth to a healthy lifestyle.

Basketball Clinics
Grade K – 8
Start the season early and get a head start on the competition by joining our pre-season basketball clinics. Players will work on fundamentals such as ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense, and more. Players of all abilities are welcomed. Players will be grouped by age and ability.

Walter Bloom Skills & Scrimmages Basketball
Grades K – 5
Take your game to the next level! Players will work with professional coaches on fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, shooting, rebounding, defense, footwork and more. Sessions end in scrimmages to enhance their skills. Each participant will receive a jersey.

Stamford JCC Travel Basketball Team
Grades 3 – 8
Try out for one of our travel basketball teams and compete against other teams in the Fairfield County Basketball League! Teams will practice twice a week, with most games held on weekends. The FCBL season runs from November to March. In order to be considered for a team, you must attend 1 out of the 2 tryouts. Attending tryouts does not guarantee a spot on the team.
