This hands-on workshop is designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers who want the confidence to act in an emergency without the pressure of a formal certification exam. This is an educational session focused on life-saving skills rather than professional credentials.
In this relaxed, interactive session, you will learn the fundamental techniques for Infant (0–12 months) and Child (1 year to puberty) CPR. Our instructor will guide you through:
- Recognizing the Signs: How to tell if a child needs immediate help.
- Chest Compressions & Rescue Breaths: Proper hand placement and depth for small bodies.
- Choking Relief: Step-by-step maneuvers to clear an airway.
- AED Basics: Understanding how an Automated External Defibrillator works.
