Sensory Tuesdays

Ages 3 – 10
Messy play is a key component to develop children’s fine and gross motor skills and coordination skills. Through the children’s 7 senses, we will explore different ways to help them learn and grow. We will be creating and working with different textures and materials each week. Whether it’s making playdoh, calming bottles, or fun gooey slime, the children will have fun experiencing their 7 senses (taste, smell, sight, touch, hear, vestibular (balance), proprioceptive (joint movements)) in their own way.

Ages 8 – 12
Join us for a fun and interactive introduction to American Sign Language (ASL)! In Hands in Motion, children ages 8 – 12 will learn basic signs, fingerspelling, greetings, emotions, colors, animals, and everyday conversations through games, songs, movement activities, and team challenges. This class helps children build communication skills, confidence, and an appreciation for Deaf culture while making new friends and having fun. No prior experience is needed, just bring your hands, your curiosity, and your enthusiasm to learn a new language!
