Reset, restore, and recharge this Year at The J. Recovery plays an important role in our holistic wellness approach, beginning with our NEW cold plunge, now available in the pool.

At The J, fitness isn’t just about moving more, it’s about feeling better, inside and out. Members have multiple options to incorporate recovery into their fitness routines for overall wellness paired with our sauna, steam room, and Normatec Elite Legs.
