Julius B. Kuriansky Fitness Center

Membership at the JCC includes use of the Julius B. Kuriansky Fitness Center. The spacious fitness center is filled with the latest exercise equipment and weight machines, and features beautiful, natural light. The center is fully staffed at all times by professionals. All members are entitled to a free orientation to the fitness center. Members can exercise individually or, for an additional fee, be coached through a customized fitness program with a certified personal trainer. Sweat towels are provided free of charge. See additional information on the following pages for specific classes, events and program offerings. For the safety and comfort of all our members, children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the Fitness Center. We welcome your questions and the opportunity to discuss your needs. Orientations
Members receive a complimentary one-hour orientation to the fitness center, by appointment with our fitness staff. The staff will show you how to use the equipment, change the seat heights, introduce you to the rules and etiquette, etc. The Fitness Center is open to JCC members 14 years and older. 13-year-olds may use the fitness center after they have completed a fitness orientation. For more information or to schedule your orientation, contact Shari Ziegelman at sziegelman@stamfordjcc.org.
